The flat consists of: Bedroom with double bed, large living room with living area and equipped open plan kitchen, separate bathroom, corridor. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed, which makes it possible for additional guests to stay. The flat is equipped with a dining table with seating for 4 persons. Our guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, plates, pans, cutlery, etc. In the kitchen we have prepared : coffee, tea, sugar, spices and cleaning products so you can start your holiday or short stay without running to the shops. The large spacious bathroom has a shower cubicle. We provide towels and basic hygiene and cleaning products: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay. The flat is located in a historic building belonging to the former Carl Engmann winery. As you can see from the outside and in the corridors, the building is awaiting general renovation, which is unfortunately not scheduled until 2024. At that time, we hope it will regain its former appearance and splendour.

We can accommodate larger groups of guests, as Drzewna Apartments have as many as 22 independent flats located in different locations which allows us to host up to 66 people (assuming couples in double beds)
Excellent location - the very centre of Zielona Góra - you are close to the cultural and social life of the city. The nearest neighbourhood is Deptak, Palmiarnia, Focus Mall or Market Square . There are a number of restaurants within a few dozen metres: Roma, Tuscan Tastes, De Grasso, Olive and Fire, Ohy-Ahy, Amarone and many others.
Thanks to its excellent location, you can explore the old town on foot. The rest of the city can be reached by public transport or by using the city bikes available throughout the city. This network is one of the best organised in Poland. At the Palm House , there is a large multi-storey car park, which is a few minutes on foot from the flat. This is the best option for parking if you are travelling to Zielona Góra by car.
