Reservations:
To make a reservation, a minimum 50% of the reservation price must be paid. The remaining 50% of the price must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of arrival.
For reservations with a shorter arrival time, starting in les then 14 dayes 100% of the reservation price must be paid. Lack of payment will cancel your reservation.
We do not offer any refund for reservation cut short or for the unused part of your stay..
Canceling reservations and fees:
1. No fees will be charged for reservations cancelled withing 2 hours of booking expect for reservations for the same day.
2. No fees will be charged for reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival.
3. 50% fee will be charged for reservation cancelled in les then 14 days before arrival.
4. For reservations cancelled in less then 7 days before arrival we will not refund your fees.
Children
• Children 4 and under can stay for free. (in parents’ beds or in free baby cot available on requests for free.
